What are you waiting for?????

This is for everybody who is waiting to see what the market is going to do....
For those of you who are considering buying a new home - don't wait!!!! Don't let the media scare you into missing the boat on some great deals. Right now interest rates are great, Sellers are a little more willing to negotiate on their homes, and San Antonio unemployment is much lower then the national average. Remember by waiting to see what the market is going to do; it can push you into the a higher interest rate, for every 1% that the interest rate increases your house payment will be approximately $100 higher then at current rate. For those of you wanting a brand new home, most builders are offering awesome incentives. So hurry up with your decision, you could be in your new home for the Holidays!
