Almost end of January already!

Hello All....

Can you believe we are almost at the end of the first month of 2013!!
Lots of movement in the Real Estate Market.  Interest rates are still below 4% now is the time
to really take advantage of those rates.  I know you see on television, newspaper and on internet
that the market is still slow, short sales and foreclosures at the all time high, and unfortunately, yes
nationally this is true.  However, in Corpus Christi we have a different market.  Thanks to the
interest rates remaining low, the Eagle Ford Shale oil/gas industry, the new Steel Pipe Company
being constructed outside of Portland/Gregory area and several other companies moving into our
area it has really helped the economic growth and real estate in our area.  Also let's not forget this
time of year families are starting to get their tax returns back and most people who have been
entertaining the thought of purchasing a new home will usually try to do this during the spring/summer.  So for those of you who have been contemplating putting your home on the market
