What a great city we live in!

Did you know according to our neighborhood info pulled off of Yahoo! Real Estate - we should consider ourselves pretty darn lucky to be living in our great city. I know I sure do.

Did you know our population is 1,328,984? (sure feels much smaller to me - I love when people tell me our city feels small townish) Did you know that the median age is 33 years and that our median income is $42,948? If you like those satistics then you are going to love that our unemployemnt rate is 4.5%, our recent job growth is 1.8%, and our future job growth 22.4%

Being that we are so close to bringing in a new President just thought I would let you know that we are 44.3% Deomocrat and 54.8% Republican and 0.7% Independent (others)

So with all of this positive news above why are you still on the fence when it comes to purchasing a new home and or selling your current one? Wanting to wait until after elections? Your taking a gamble on the wonderful interest rates we have right now going higher....How about that great tax credit of $7,500 to first time home buyers? That is for a limited time as well. Sellers, wanting to wait to see if
maybe the market changes and you can get more for your home, what happens when interest rates start going up and the buyers who are qualified to purchase your home today are now pushed into a different price bracket?

If you are wanting to purchase a new home or sell your current one, I urge you to at least explore the opportunities that are out there.

Perhaps you have a home in an area outside of San Antonio or maybe even in a different state - Call me, within a couple of hours I can have an experienced Century 21 Agent from that area contact you with the most accurate and current market prices for that area.

Tis the season for scary!!!!! (but it doesn't have to be)

Whether you turn on the TV, Radio, open a newspaper or participate in a conversation, it seems there is doom and gloom everywhere. From the political
arena to gas prices to prices at the grocery store. Pretty darn scary when you go into a grocery store come out with 4 bags! and it cost you over $100.00. All of this seems like a pretty good idea not to purchase a home right? - SO NOT TRUE!!!!!

There has never been a better time then today. Interest rates are very low, you have a greater selection of homes in the price range you want to stay in and most sellers are willing to be somewhat flexible. You might say I want to wait for the market to bottom out so I can get a better deal...what if the market already is at the bottom? Are you missing a great opportunity?

I urge all of you who are wanting to purchase a home, don't wait - who knows what is going to happen to the interest rates following the election (just 3 weeks away) Did you know that most of you can probably buy a home and pay a cheaper mortgage payment then what you are paying right now for your rental?

If you would like to have more information or buying or selling a home, please do not hesitate to call me or send me an email. I can give you information anywhere in the San Antonio or surrounding communities.

Perhaps you are moving to an area that is more then 100 miles from San Antonio, to another State or even out of country. Please contact me, I can arrange to have an experienced Realtor from wherever your destination is going to be contact you so you can start getting information about the market immediately. Wouldn't it be great to know that you can have somebody already searching and gathering information for your next purchase and working on your behalf before you even arrive. How convenient would that be? Or maybe you have a family member or friend letting you know they are finally going to make that move same city just downsizing or moving to a larger home we can offer the same thing. Having an experienced agent from Century 21 contacting them to help them with their move.

Please don't delay - call me or send me an email so we can get you started whether it is selling your home or purchasing a new one. I can help.
