Trying to jump into the technical world of social media

Goodness, do I ever feel lost....seriously thinking about taking a computer class in windows apps - if there is a class. Every hour it seems as if there is something new and available to try and apply. When I am looking at them it is ohh I want to do that it is only $10 a month and then oh I really have to do that and look it is only $15 a month and look here this is only $89 a year ...well I think you get my point at the end of the month they all start to add up - which one is best?
You know you want to get aboard with Craigslist, facebook, linkin, activerain, twitter and youtube and the list goes on and on...........this is and can be so overwhelming and I know I can't be the only one...maybe a club can be formed for the lost and confused assuming I am not the only person out there who is struggling to find there way thru all the latest greatest new products that are available out there. Thankly, my office has a wonderful man by the name of Rick Tankersly who is trying very hard to lead me into the scary technical world of smart phones, Ipads, and social media. If there is any other person out there who is just as baffled I urge you to take it slow and find someone who is willing to patiently walk you thru all of this. My guru's advice tackle a couple of items get confident with them then start on another one it will all start to pull together.....Wish all of you at there lots of luck if you are in my position to those who have it all together Kudo's to you one day I hope to join your ranks!

I am Back

Hello Everyone, as you can see it has been a while since I have been typing on this blog. I took a management position, and after doing that for over a year decided I really loved helping the agents better their business but I wanted to be back out there and what a great time to come back to the Sales part of real estate.

I know we keep hearing about how the market is so bad for real estate nationwide and for most areas unfortunately, this is true - HOWEVER, we have a complete different situation here in San Antonio. We are so lucky to have the mild winters - central time zone, lots of room for expansion, because this is what is drawing a lot of business our way and to have not one but 4 military bases here we certainly have alot to be thankful for.

With interest rates being so low....now is definitely the time to purchase a new home. Plus if you qualify you are able to get an additional $2,000 tax credit!!!!!(Please contact to find out how if you are interested)
